Program Description

“You can have brilliant ideas, but if you can’t get them across, your ideas won’t get you anywhere.”

In fact, a brilliant idea may not come to fruition if it is not communicated with impact. But doing so is not easy or automatic, on the contrary, it is something that is trained and perfected in an effort to avoid making the same mistakes over and over again. It is not a mere set of tricks, moves and manipulations, but the result of serious, focused and continuous work.  

To succeed in this improvement effort, it is essential that we know and applies a set of principles, strategies and tools of communication, persuasion and cooperation. All of this is integrated into a change of mindset, where more than wanting to be right, we want to solve problems, more than winning the conversation, we want to ensure understanding.

The Communication and Interpersonal Impact program was designed to provide the development of behavioural skills to operationalize this paradigm shift, in a logic of leveraging our strengths and investing in our areas of improvement.

Methodology

To develop behavioural competencies, it is necessary to follow a methodology that includes the following aspects:

  • Understanding the concepts that underlie that competency;
  • Having opportunities to practice that competency;
  • Receiving feedback;
  • Using that skill repeatedly to add it to the individual's repertoire.

This program follows an experiential approach in which the skills and their underlying concepts are presented in a structured and sequential manner, providing participants with multiple application scenarios through mini-cases, role-plays, pedagogical videos and gamification (e.g. Kahoot sessions).

  • To complement and enhance this experiential methodology, the program has a 360º Feedback tool that participants will use and analyze, namely in an Individual Coaching Session.
