The Digital Product Management online course was designed together with CATÓLICA-LISBON, TECHNICIAN+ and PRODUCTIZED with the objective of providing a complete view of digital product management, through learning and practical experience of a proven framework for managing the development of innovative digital products.
The course equips their trainees with the tools to create products at the right timing, with a customer-centric approach, by solving real problems and experimenting with new ideas. This course integrates the specialty of each of the organisations, presenting the digital and technological skills combined with the strategic and management aspects necessary to promote innovation and for the success of the development, launch and management of new digital products.
Upon successful completion of the program, including the assessment, participants will have access to 7 ECTS awarded by Técnico+ / Instituto Superior Técnico.

Understanding innovation and digital transformation in companies, as well as management of digital product development;
Understand the role that product managers play during product ideation and development, with a focus on activities that happen early in the product development cycle.
Learn how to run a Design Sprint in order to explore ideas, and then ultimately focus in and converge on a single idea.
Applying the Design Thinking methodology, by passing an idea through the concept, design, and validation of the user, as well as knowing how to create the specifications for the development team;
Learn how to identify the right problems to solve through market research, customer discovery and market sizing.
Planning the marketing for product launches' in the market and applying product success metrics;
Using NoCode tools and agile development frameworks;
Facilitation of an online innovation workshop;
Create a compelling vision and strategy that will set up the team to solve those problems.
