Business, Careers and Longevity: A New Era

In an era of longevity, where demographic pyramids around the world are morphing into generationally balanced squares, we need to rethink the way that we live, work and lead. This one-week program builds awareness of the multi-faceted and cross-functional impacts of the new longevity and its impacts on companies, customers, careers - and you.
It takes place in Lisbon, a vibrant European city that attracts multiple generations from a broad range of nationalities, from young digital nomads to international retirees reinventing their lives and projects. Become longevity-ready in one of the world’s leading longevity cities.

The program is structured around organizations in the morning and individual changes in the afternoon. Every day will end with learning circles in small groups to allow for self-reflection.
The program involves company visits, role models for inspiration and lots of interactive exercises.
Before their week in Lisbon, participants will have a Kickoff online session with the program directors, Céline Abecassis-Moedas and Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, and a session to explore the Longevity Market opportunity with Michael Clinton, on June 16th between 6 pm and 7:30 pm.
After the week in Lisbon, participants will have an online follow-up session with the program directors, Céline Abecassis-Moedas and Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, on July 8th between 6 pm and 7:30 pm.
The program fee is 4.750€ (four thousand seven hundred and fifty euros) with a reduction of 10% to former students of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
It includes:
- coffee breaks;
- reserved space inside the parking lot of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa;
- c session dinner.
Universidade Católica Portuguesa is exempt from VAT.
