Rita Coelho do Vale, Chair of the Symposium
Rita Coelho do Vale is Associate Professor of Marketing at Católica-Lisbon where she is the Academic Director for Undergraduate Programs and Director of the Executive Masters- Strategic Marketing Specialization. She is also coordinator of the Advanced Program in Marketing for Executives (PAME), coordinator of LERNE - Laboratory of Experimental Research iN Economics and Management, coordinator of PEO - Online Research Panel, and coordinator of OSP - Observatory of the Portuguese Society.

Filipe Santos, Dean of CATÓLICA-LISBON
Filipe Santos is the Dean and Fundação Amélia de Mello Professor of Social Entrepreneurship at CATÓLICA-LISBON. He served as Senior Associate Dean for Faculty prior to his appointment as Dean in February 2019. He is also Visiting Professor of Social Entrepreneurship at INSEAD, a School where he was a Professor of Entrepreneurship for 12 years between 2003 and 2014. At INSEAD, Professor Santos led ICE - INSEAD Centre for Entrepreneurship from 2009 to 2013 and was founder and Academic Director of the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Initiative from 2007 to 2014.

Catarina Albuquerque, Sanitation and Water for All
Catarina Albuquerque has been SWA’s Executive Chair since 2015 and was appointed SWA’s first Chief Executive Officer in September 2018 after an update of the partnership’s governance structure. Her priorities include advocating for a pivotal role for SWA within the SDGs, political prioritization of WASH at a global high-level, helping build consensus between partners and establishing strategic partnerships with other initiatives. 
Previously, she was the first UN Special Rapporteur on the right to safe drinking water and sanitation. Between 2004 and 2008 she presided over the negotiations of the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, which the UN General Assembly approved by consensus on 10 December 2008. 

Nuno Moreira da Cruz, Center for Responsible Business and Leadership
Nuno Moreira da Cruz has a Law Degree at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon, a Master’s degree in European Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium) and an MBA in IE Business School (Madrid). 
He is also a Certified Coach (Escuela Europea de Coaching, Madrid) and Mentor for Start Up’s. After a short experience in the banking sector, Nuno joined the Bp Group holding several business jobs around Europe, working in Brussels, Madrid and London.
He returned to Portugal to join Galp as a Board Member and was CEO of Galp Spain in the past five years. In our University, Nuno has been teaching “International Business” for the last ten years and is now teaching “Corporate Social Responsibility” (MSc at CLSBE) and “Globalization”.
He is currently Executive Director of the Center for Responsible Business & Leadership at Católica-Lisbon. He is also founder & CEO of NMC.

Rita Monteiro, EDP - Energias de Portugal
Rita Sacramento Monteiro has been responsible for EDP's Volunteer Program since late 2016. In the past 3 years, she has worked towards making volunteering a strategic aspect of the company's social investment, contributing to the sustainable development of the communities where the company is present, and towards sustainable development goals. 
She joined EDP in 2011, having participated in the founding team of the Board for Institutional and Stakeholder Relations, which developed the stakeholder management methodology in the EDP Group. In 2016 she took up the challenge of bringing EDP's volunteer program to the next level. She led development of EDP's new volunteering strategy, which has as its goal increasing social impact of projects through an alignment with workers' abilities and EDP's business. In 2018 she was one of the 81 nominee's for the World Business Council For Sustainable Development's Leading Women Awards 2018, which aknowledges women who are part of the Council and stand out in promoting Sustainable Development Goals. 

Teresa Pina, Oceanário de Lisboa
A Marine Biology graduate, Teresa Pina works in the Educational Department of Lisbon's Oceanário since 2007, where she heads an educational project which involves over 40 activities and around 160 thousand participants each year. Directed to all kinds of audiences, the programs and contents of this project aim to promote knowledge of the ocean, as well as a sensitization to the duty of preserving Nature and acting towards a sustainable planet. 

Fábia Ranzani, Dir. Desenvolvimento de Marca Pingo Doce
Graduated from communications at the Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado, in São Paulo, Brazil. For around 20 years, she has worked at communications and advertising agencies, in the areas of Strategy, Marketing, Project Management and Client Management, in different contexts and markets - Brazil, Portugal and Poland. She has worked with companies and large brands from different sectors like food distribution, FMCG, communications, banking, tech, and others, in creating 360º marketing strategies, in coordinating multidisciplinary projects and multiplatform campaigns. Since 2015, she has been part of the Marketing Board of Pingo Doce, in Brand Development - including Brand Communication, Contents and Social Responsibility.

Pedro Verga Matos
Associate Professor, ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management (Universidade de Lisboa)
Researcher at CSG/Advance - Research in Social Sciences and Management

Pedro is Associate Professor at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management (Universidade de Lisboa) and researcher of CSG/Advance - Research in Social Sciences and Management. Pedro holds a PhD in Business and Management Studies from University of Porto, an MBA and a Master in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, and a Licenciatura in Economics from Catolica Lisbon - School of Business and Economics. His research interests include corporate governance, social innovation, retailing and multicriteria analysis. His research has been published in academic journals including the Journal of Business Research, Economic Modelling, Applied Economics and Journal of Product & Brand Management.
