João Niza Braga é investigador e professor assistente convidado na Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Obteve o seu doutoramento em Psicologia pela Universidade de Lisboa em 2015 e recebeu uma bolsa individual de pós-doutoramento da FCT - Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia em 2016 quando se juntou à CATÓLICA-LISBON. A investigação de João Niza Braga explora como as pessoas usam a intuição para criar julgamentos e tomar decisões em diferentes contextos sociais. A sua investigação está atualmente a explorar os contextos de consumo hedónico e do bem-estar e saúde mental nas organizações. Foi investigador visitante na Indiana University, Bloomington em 2012 e na New York University em 2014 e em 2019. João já foi professor assistente convidado na Faculdade de Ciências Humanas da Universidade Católica Portuguesa e na Faculdade de Psicologia da Universidade de Lisboa. Ensina ao nível de Licenciatura e Mestrado sobre temas como Tomada de decisão, Economia Comportamental, Comportamento do Consumidor, Comportamento Organizacional, Motivação ou Psicologia Social.
