The Microeconomic Theory and Practice (MTP) group consists of eight integrated members and 1 collaborator. Three members completed the PhD in the past five years and are primarily focused on publishing articles in top journals. The six senior members completed PhDs more than twenty years ago, and combine research with strong service orientation, through various impactful contributions to education and society.
The MTP group organizes its activities around four priority areas:
1. Competitive and monopolistic markets
2. Regulation and the design of markets
3. Health, social, and human capital
4. Fiscal and labor market competition
