This course is designed to increase students’ theoretical and practical understanding of Sales Teams Management. An effective and professional management of sales forces is in many industries a source of competitive advantage and a key factor for top global performance. For many years, sales managers relied mostly on large doses of tradition, personal experiences, and intuition to run their own salespeople, but now it becomes absolutely critical to manage sales forces in a professional way.
