Results would be the word I use to reduce to a single word everything I have done.
First, I looked for results as key account or product manager, in Xerox, and I was mainly looking for “bigger sales”.
Now, with more than 15 years as sales manager, marketing manager or trainer in leadership and sales management, I have been looking to consistently achieve results by improving “customer experience”.
So I went from product selling to customer relationship and market research!
If we are looking to bounce back from recession, people and business processes are unique management marketing tools to assure resilience, innovation and sustained growth.
Therefore, I will continue working to achieve results in new prospects, new markets or new countries, leading the most motivated and well trained sales and marketing teams with efficient business processes and innovating services.
Why? - because I love it.
