Isabel is now Chief People Officer at Semapa and member of the board of The Navigator Company. She was for 16 years Human Resources Coordinating Director at Banco Santander and before that at Jazztel. Isabel teaches in Executive Education at CATÓLICA-LISBOA where she coordinates several programs. Graduated in Psychology from ISPA and Master in Policies and Human Resources Management from ISCTE, she has extensive experience in mentoring executives, particularly women. She is co-founder of the dNOVO Association, which is dedicated to promoting qualified senior employability.
