With 30+ years of experience in Leadership, Team Development, and Change Management, this professional has designed and facilitated programs to enhance individual, interpersonal, and organizational effectiveness in over 100 organizations. Having conducted over 1000 hours of Executive and Team Coaching since 2008, she has been a Guest Lecturer in Executive Programs at CATÓLICA-LISBON, specializing in the development of leaders and teams. She serves as a coach for individuals in various of these programs.

As the Coordinator of leadership development programs such as "Leadership Stream" (since 2020) and "Friday Forum" (2014-2021) at The Lisbon MBA Católica|Nova, she has demonstrated expertise in cultivating leadership skills. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the ICF, is certified as a Systemic Team Coach by the AoEC, and has received training in Voice Dialogue and Gestalt Therapy from IPG. Her academic background includes a degree in Sociology, a Master's in Human Resources Management, and a Ph.D. in Innovation Economics from ISCTE (Instituto Universitário de Lisboa).
