Director of research of the School of Wine & Spirits Business. Formerly chair in champagne management in Reims, he previously taught in Perth, Australia where he did his PhD investing drinker perceptions of wine quality. He regularly publishes in the most prestigious journals and leads a network of internationally reputed researchers in the field. He is a member of the editorial board for a number of academic journals and is one of only 300 members in the world of the Institute of Masters of Wine.
