Master in Social and Economic Psychology from Leiden University (Netherlands) and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Lisbon.

Currently, she is a researcher at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, collaborating with the Behavioral Insights Unit (BIU) and the Center for Responsible Business & Leadership (CRB). At BIU, she is responsible for drafting reports for the Portuguese Society Observatory and conducting studies – including surveys, interviews, and focus groups – in partnership with internal and external collaborators.Additionally, she coordinates and supervises the work of BIU interns and lab assistants. Her main research interests focus on applying behavioral insights to decision-making and developing public policies that can positively impact society
