Miguel Amaral has extensive experience in the area of telecommunications and information technologies, with a specialization in recent years in the areas of Customer Insight and Design Thinking. Graduated in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of Porto, he developed his executive training at IESE Business School with an MBA in Management. Miguel is currently responsible for the Customer Insight and Experience area at NOS Comunicações, where he has played a particularly active role in customer-centered digital transformation projects.
