Jorge Faustino graduated in Business Relations from the Catholic University of Leiria and has a diverse professional background that spans various sectors and roles. He began his career in marketing as an account executive at an agency, later moving into managing the careers of athletes and artists. He served as an Army officer, working in communications. His experience extends to sports management consulting and serving as the marketing and sponsorships director of the ATP Millennium Estoril Open from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, he joined Fullsix, a digital marketing agency recognized by WARC as the most effective digital agency in Europe in 2020, where he was responsible for brand content areas. In 2020, he took on the role of Director of Business Development.
He began his collaboration with the Catholic University of Lisbon in 2020 as a guest speaker and has been, since 2023, the co-regent and professor of the undergraduate course "Marketing in the New Era." Parallel to his professional career, he dedicated 20 years to football as a referee and currently works as a refereeing commentator for Record newspaper and Sporttv. Jorge Faustino is also an ambassador for the National Plan for Ethics in Sports and a member of the International Fair Play Committee.
