She is a communications consultant, guest lecturer and author, but it all began in radio.
Over her 30-year career, she has hosted some of Portugal’s most popular radio shows, including Café da Manhã on RFM and As 3 da Manhã on Renascença, where she can still be heard today.
She is an Invited Assistant Professor on executive education programs at Nova SBE, teaches on the MBA program at ISEG and on postgraduate programs focused on communication and organisational well-being. She currently also collaborates with Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
She founded Carla Rocha Comunicação, a training and development company specialising in communication and leadership. She works with leaders and teams seeking to communicate with greater clarity, purpose and empathy.
Recently, she travelled around the world to explore the “superpowers of communication” and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. Both experiences provided valuable insights that she now incorporates into her work with organisations across different sectors.
She has published three books and delivered two TEDx Talks. She also writes an opinion column for Renascença’s website, covering topics related to communication and leadership.
