Ana Paula Giordano is completing her PhD in Organizational Behaviour at ISCTE- Lisbon University Institute. She has a Master’s degree in Work, Organizational,and Personnel Psychology from University of Coimbra and University of Barcelona. Her research focuses on collective psychological ownership, team conflict and group affect. Ana Paula has been a researcher in Organizational Behavior at Católica-Lisbon research unit (CUBE) since 2012 and has previously worked as Organizational Behavior consultant and trainer.
