With more than 30 years of professional experience, she has worked in the areas of Organizational Development, Leadership, Executive Coaching and Career Development. She has designed and/or conducted programs to improve personal, interpersonal and organizational effectiveness for more than 100 companies and has coached more than 400 executives. She has been a guest lecturer at the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics for 23 years, where she also held several leadership positions from 2003 to 2016, including Executive Director and Director of the Career Development Center (which she has been responsible for throughout thirteen years old), and was a member of the School's Board of Directors between 2008 and 2016. Since 2016, she has dedicated himself almost exclusively to coaching (team and individual) and to supporting the Top Management Team of several multinational and Portuguese organizations, having expanded her experience working with multicultural teams. Master in Human Resources Management Policies and licensed in Sociology (ISCTE); Professional Certified Coach (PCC), accredited since 2013 by the International Coaching Federation. President of the ICF Chapter in Portugal.
