Director of People Management at Banco Montepio and member of the board of the International Organization of Human Resources Directors. She has extensive experience in the areas of leadership, talent management, training, knowledge sharing, organizational change, internal communication, and strategic human resources management. Throughout her career, she has worked for the Jerónimo Martins Group as Director of Global Learning and Knowledge, for Carris as Director of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and International Relations, and for Invesfer/Refer as Executive Administrator. Previously, she was Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs, the Secretary of State for the Treasury and Finance, and the Minister of the Presidency. She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from ISPA, a Master's in Management from Nova SBE, and a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She has also completed executive training at London Business School, Kellogg, IMD, and INSEAD, and is certified in Coaching by the International Coaching Community.
