Catarina Pestana is a Communications and Marketing specialist with over 25 years of experience in brand management.
She is Brand Communications Director at Grupo Visabeira and CCO and founder of Bang Bang Agency, whose portfolio includes brands such as Vista Alegre, Bordallo Pinheiro and Control. She is also currently a member of the Marketing and Funding Advisory Committee of the Portuguese Olympic Committee.
She is pursuing a PhD in Management at ISEG and holds an Executive Master in Strategic Marketing from Católica-Lisbon SBE, where she is currently a Guest Lecturer on several executive programs in the areas of Management and Marketing. She also teaches at IADE – Creative University and holds a degree in Communication Design from Chelsea College of Arts, University of the Arts London.
A frequent speaker at a wide range of events, including TEDxPorto and Marketeer, she has served as a jury member for several national and international awards. She has also received more than 80 awards in the fields of Marketing, Communications, Design and Creativity.
