With more than 25 years of experience working with dozens of organisations, she works internationally as a Professional Coach and in Executive Education, spending most of her time supporting Management Teams.

At Católica-Lisbon SBE, she is a Guest Lecturer in Leadership, specialising in team development through coaching, feedback dialogues, emotional intelligence, and diversity, equity and inclusion, across Executive Education Programs and The Lisbon MBA.

Previously, she worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company for eight years, where she became a Specialist in the Global Organization and Leadership Development Practice and delivered internal development programs. Today, she is part of McKinsey’s global network of coaches.

She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Management from Católica-Lisbon, and has completed training in Systemic Executive and Team Coaching and Voice Dialogue. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as a certified Conflict Mediator (ADR Group), Lead Facilitator (Gita Bellin & Associates), and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the ICF.
