The period during which personal data is retained and stored by UCP varies according to the purpose for which the information is used. As the holder of personal data, the following rights may be exercised at any time, which in each case are the legal conditions governing this handling of personal data. These include: the right to access, the right to rectify data, the right to erase data, the right to limit handling of data, the right to the portability of data, and the right to oppose handling of personal data.
