Francesco Sguera

Associate Professor
Francesco Sguera is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration, MSc in Management and Web Technology, and MSc in Political Science at the University of Bologna. Previously, he spent five years as invited visiting scholar and post-doc research fellow at the Ross School of Business (University of Michigan) and, since 2015, he is an International Faculty Fellow (IFF) at Sloan School of Management (MIT). His research focuses on the role of employees' emotions for organization performance, business ethics, and research methodology. He collaborates with institutions across a wide range of industries including business, healthcare, and military organizations.
