Every Step Counts: It’s in Your Hands

CATÓLICA-LISBON joins the national movement “Todos os Passos Contam”, promoted by the Galp Foundation, challenging the academic community — students, faculty and staff — to turn physical activity into real social impact. During the first Sustainability Week and until 10 December, every kilometre walked, run, cycled, danced or covered through any physical activity will be converted into a meal donated to the Emergency Food Network. The national goal is clear: reach 1 million kilometres and secure 1 million meals for those who need them most.

Since 2021, this initiative has already delivered 4.2 million meals to families in vulnerable situations, with the support of numerous institutional and media partners.

This year, we ask: how many meals can CATÓLICA-LISBON help deliver? The answer lies in your steps.

Very important: To ensure your kilometres count towards the total for the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, select “Team participation” and write CATÓLICA-LISBON under Team name.

Ready to walk for the common good?

Sustainability Week is the perfect moment to mobilise energy, community and purpose. Every kilometre matters — and every meal, too. Join in and share the link: https://todosospassoscontam.galp.com/
