We are pleased to invite you to the 4th edition of Family Business Day, to be held on October 14th at Católica-Lisbon SBE.

Under the theme "When the Founder Leaves the Room: Succession, Legacy and Continuity in Family Businesses," this year's event will explore one of the most critical moments in the life of a family business: succession. Going beyond the transition of leadership, the discussion will focus on how to preserve legacy, identity, and long-term continuity across generations.

Bringing together academic, legal, psychological, and practical perspectives, the event will culminate in a dialogue with leaders from leading family-owned businesses and institutions in Portugal.
