Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and Rádio Renascença will come together on March 18 for the live recording of the final episode of the second season of the videocast “Negócios com Impacto”, an initiative designed to showcase companies created by CATÓLICA-LISBON alumni and to reinforce the school’s strong commitment to entrepreneurship.

The event will take place at the CATÓLICA-LISBON Auditorium 511, starting at 6:00 p.m., and will focus on the theme “Negócios com Impacto at CATÓLICA-LISBON: Academia as a Driver of Entrepreneurship.”

Created in partnership with Rádio Renascença, the videocast “Negócios com Impacto” has already featured more than 40 companies founded by CATÓLICA-LISBON alumni, highlighting stories of innovation, growth, and economic and social impact. The initiative aims to demonstrate how the combination of academic knowledge, strategic vision, and execution capability can transform ideas into sustainable businesses.

The session will begin with remarks by Filipe Santos, Dean of CATÓLICA-LISBON, who will address the topic “Impact Entrepreneurship: Present and Future.”

This will be followed by the live recording of episode #24 of the second season of “Negócios com Impacto,” hosted by Renascença journalists Cristina Nascimento and Filipa Ribeiro.

The panel will feature:

  •  João Cotter Salvado, Academic Director of the CATÓLICA-LISBON Entrepreneurship Center
  •  Bernardo Seixas, CEO of Granter
  •  João Nunes Rosado, Head of Portfolio at Unicorn Factory Lisboa

Beyond the program recording, the event aims to encourage the exchange of experiences among alumni, students, companies, and strategic partners, reinforcing the role of academia as a meeting point for talent, knowledge, and professional networks.

The program will also include a moment dedicated to sharing experiences from “Negócios com Impacto” and will conclude with a cocktail dinatoire and networking among participants.
