The CTT received a distinction from the APCE (Associação Portuguesa de Comunicação de Empresa) and the 2020 APCE Grand Prize’s jury for their pedagogical project made in association with Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. During the program, named CTT Academy – Flight Simulation, the participants confronted a critical challenge, for which they had to present a solution in the frame time of 20 hours.
For Miguel Salema Garção, the CTT’s Sustainability and Communications Director, “this award and its distinctions are the recognition of excellence effort and work that the CTT’s Communications and Human Resources areas have been developing, in this case in association with CATÓLICA-LISBON, in the pursuit of enriching and improving our teams work, whom everyday give their all.We share this award and its distinctions with all our teams, but in particularly with our operations and retail network, whom in these difficult times have been working in the frontline, connecting companies and people.
For Céline Abecassis-Moedas, Dean for Executive Education of CATÓLICA-LISBON, “it has been a great honour to work in this project in association with CTT, to whom we thank for the trust. This program involved challenging pedagogical methodologies, with the participants responding in a very positive way, which made us very satisfied. Educational projects such as this are particularly interesting, because they have a real impact on people and the way they work, which is something that we always try to achieve in all our programs.”
