The Innovation and Transformation in Insurance program at CATÓLICA-LISBON begins on October 21.

Overcoming the classical view of training organized by modules within the main areas of an organization, this program positions itself within an approach that reflects the new risks, contexts and competitive challenges of the insurance sector, and examines how innovation and digital transformation, focusing on AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI, can contribute to the progress of this important activity in our society. This is the focus of the Innovation and Transformation in Insurance program at CATÓLICA-LISBON, which begins on October 21 (applications open until October 14) and has a duration of 56 hours, complemented by a seminar and two external presentations.

The training includes a conceptual approach to new risk management, innovation and digital transformation in insurance, an exploration of new trends and digital transformation technologies within the insurance value chain, and a design sprint in insurance.

Held in an on-site format, CATÓLICA-LISBON highlights that this program is intended for professionals from insurance companies, brokers, insurance mediation firms, professional intermediaries and MGAs, as well as from the banking, consulting, investment fund, healthcare, IT, retail, automotive or other sectors that need to manage large insurance contracts for professionals and companies.

The program is directed by Paulo Bracons, a professional with more than 30 years of top-level executive experience in the insurance sector.

With NTT Data as technology partner and the support of APS, ASF and APROSE, this program is eligible for individual funding of up to €750 through the Portuguese government initiative Cheque-Formação + Digital, promoted by the IEFP.
