The Management and Leadership Program for Church Leaders is a joint initiative by the Rectorate of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and CATÓLICA-LISBON, aimed at developing management and leadership practices within organizations under the responsibility of the Catholic Church.
This program addresses the growing management challenges faced by ecclesial organizations, promoting a structured and modern approach to leadership aligned with institutional values and mission.
Throughout the program, participants will develop key capabilities to lead teams, manage resources, and make strategic decisions in complex organizational environments, strengthening the impact and sustainability of the institutions they serve.
Who is this program for:
• Leaders at different levels (senior leaders, administrators, parish priests, and other ecclesial leaders, both religious and lay) with management responsibilities within Church organizations.
• Professionals responsible for dioceses, religious congregations, institutes, parishes, Catholic schools, non-profit organizations, misericórdias, care homes, and other ecclesial structures.
• Individuals preparing for leadership roles in ecclesial or equivalent organizations who seek to develop management and leadership capabilities.
