In this program, we explore collective leadership practices to mobilize talent and empower agile teams, aligned with organizational goals.

We refine techniques to structure and stimulate teamwork, communication, problem analysis, and idea-sharing, with the goal of responding to new challenges, managing change, improving solutions, and achieving results.

We practice ways to solicit and integrate others’ ideas, giving voice to diverse perspectives while fostering curiosity, learning, and resilience.

You will also have the opportunity to reflect on current and future challenges facing your team, discuss action strategies, and plan the application of techniques that promote agility, collective accountability, and trust—key elements of high-performing teams.
