keyboard_arrow_up Is it possible to add an extra guest?

Given the capacity of the pavilion, it will not be possible to add extra guests.

keyboard_arrow_up What time should I arrive at the Carlos Lopes Pavilion?

Undergraduates - Students are expected to arrive at 9:45 AM and all guests are expected to arrive by 10:00 AM.

Masters - Students are expected to arrive at 14:15 PM and all guests are expected to arrive by 15:00 PM.

keyboard_arrow_up After my registration is completed, can I give my number of guests to a friend since I did not use all my guest’s invitation?

No. This is not a possibility.

keyboard_arrow_up My extra guests don’t mind standing during the ceremony, can they show up?

No. Due to safety issues, we cannot allow guests to stand at the back of the pavilion. This would obstruct security exits and would be out of the organization's control, so anyone not registered as a guest will not be able to enter the venue.

keyboard_arrow_up Can I make changes to my guests?
Yes, you can make changes to your guests' information until November 1st.
keyboard_arrow_up How am I sure that I am registered?

All registered graduates receive a confirmation email after registration in the form. Please check your spam folder and if you did not receive a confirmation email within 2 days, try to register again. If the form does not allow you to register it is because you have already done so you will receive the final schedule later and that email will also serve as a confirmation email since only registered graduates will receive it.

Within 5 working days of registration, you will also receive a confirmation message.

keyboard_arrow_up Until when can I sign up?
The registration form will be available until September 30th. After this date, we will have to evaluate registration on a case-by-case basis, due to the capacity of the pavilion.
keyboard_arrow_up During the registration I have entered the wrong information about my Program. How should I proceed?

You don't need to worry. At the end of registration, we will carry out a revision using our official information and we will edit any information that could potentially be wrong.

keyboard_arrow_up I can’t go to ceremony, but I’m registered, how can I proceed?

In this case, please send us an email indicating your withdrawal. In the subject, please put "Cancellation - Graduation Ceremony".

keyboard_arrow_up Can I watch the graduation ceremony live?

No, this option will not be available.

keyboard_arrow_up Will we have a QR Code or a formal Invitation to enter in the graduation place?

Yes, you and your guests will receive a QR code the day before or the day of the Ceremony, which you´ll need to present at check-in.

keyboard_arrow_up What’s the dress code?

We have no pre-defined dress code. Each participant is free to wear the clothes they want but since it is an important and formal moment of your academic life, we suggest you dress in accordance with the occasion. Graduates usually go formal or casual chic. During the ceremony, you will be wearing a gown. The gowns will be provided to the students before the ceremony and must be returned at the end.

We will respond as soon as possible to the request. In this email, please identify yourself and give the information of your guests: name, email, and phone number.
