In a context of great competitiveness, openness to change, and focus on results, an organization’s human resources take the central place in management and are the main factor in sustainable competitive advantage. Only organizations that can align human resources policies with business strategy, attract and develop people, achieve effective leadership, and create people-focused cultures will succeed. The Graduate Program in Strategic Human Resources Management is thus intended as a response to these challenges in the Angolan context, positioning them as a responsibility shared by managers and human resources professionals, by the various strategic decision-making levels, and by all those who coordinate work teams at various levels.

 

Certificate

 

A joint Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and Católica Luanda Business School Certificate will be issued to all participants who complete the program, providing that they attend at least 80% of the sessions (counted in terms of the total number of course hours).
