In this program, we train leaders on ways to improve the performance of their teams and mobilize their employees to provide quicker, more appropriate and accountable solutions to new challenges.
Participants begin by analysing the essential principles of leadership, team management and change management and how they may be able to adjust to their current reality. We also discuss ways to deal with new leadership challenges: self-managed teams and collective leadership; virtual teams and geographically dispersed teams; agile and design thinking methodologies.
Our commitment is to create a transformational program that allows participants to change the way they manage teams and employees in order to obtain visible results, regarding their needs and objectives.
The methodology is practical and experiential, using both real case and challenge-based simulations (including those of the participants themselves), with a timely feedback to accelerate the learning development.
Throughout the program, we alternate between the systematisation of concepts and tools, and the practice and use of simulations within the classroom, providing support for the implementation in the work context, following /according to training-action principles.
