Program Description

The future is here and family business owners need to manage the duality of keeping the business ready for change and innovation, while paying attention to family wellbeing and the development of the next generations.

This executive program is built to help family business leaders deal with this complexity. Taking place in Lisbon, in an environment of learning and sharing among successful peers, participants will understand how to adjust

The program is led by top experts on Family Business and Entrepreneurship from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and Cat6lica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. It includes a visit to a successful Portuguese industrial family business in transition and provides cultural and networking opportunities for German and Portuguese family members.
