If there are paradigms of complexity, we find at least one of them in an organization of health services. And today is asked to health managers to turn this complexity in performance! It is with particular gratification that I recognize that the Healthcare Management Program fulfills its main objective, to provide participants with the skills development of Health Services Management, public or private. It allows us to clearly identify the asset management of our professional project, and helps us to develop a prospective vision, strategic and long-term of organizations. We acquired skills and abilities to understand the factors involved in resource management, processes and behaviors of healthcare organizations.
