The program aims to be a driver in the direct development of women with talent, thereby contributing to the business of our companies. It has been designed to allow for experience-based learning, so that participants will be able to easily and simply transfer what they learn to their own working environment.
Before the program begins, an Assessment of Potential will be conducted in order to ensure fine-tuning throughout the program. This assessment will enable participants to identify their strongpoints and thus take greater advantage of the program.
