Adopting new solutions using digital technologies become part of public and private organizations’ lives and was accelerated during the pandemic. Once the pandemic was under control, when organisations were consolidating the developments made under great pressure, the chatGPT phenomenon appeared, which in six months went from being an unknown tool to being adopted by more than 100 million people, showing that the exponential growth of information technologies is far from slowing down, making the "digital transformation" increasingly important and promoting it to be a continuous process in any organization.
This means integrating the “digital” into the organization's business vision, developing new services and products that offer greater value and promote a sustainable, accessible and inclusive economy, in a clear roadmap capable of motivating and showing the way to the whole team.
The purpose of this Executive Program is to enable participants to lead digital transformation processes, providing them with skills such as Design Thinking, Service Design and Agile, essential to review business models and take advantage of the digital potential, in order to create new value propositions for customers and generate new sources of revenue.
Digital Transformation is a path, not a one-off action or project. To do so, it is essential to equip those responsible with practical skills in the new areas of knowledge of the digital world, such as Digital Strategy, Design Thinking, Service Design, Agile and Change Management. By their nature, these types of methodologies imply immersion in the problem and the experience of executing to learn.
Only in this way, and with this immersion, is it possible to lead Digital Transformation projects.
The Digital Transformation program has been structured with a strong practical component and applicability to the context of organizations, which aim to concretize concrete digital transformation initiatives.
The experience of solving concrete cases, usually from the participants' own organizations, is an essential pillar in preparing for Digital Transformation, allowing the discovery of new ways of working (through Design Thinking and Agile) and the best way to strengthen relationships and learn about other companies' success stories.
Through this program you will have contact with the digital reality of several organizations in Portugal, either through the work done by the participants, or by following the path of transformation and digital acceleration of large companies.
The program involves the realization of a concrete digital transformation project, and it is possible for participants to propose concrete projects from their organizations to carry out as a team throughout the program.
