Lead the Transformation with Artificial Intelligence

Adopting new solutions using digital technologies has become part of the lives of public and private organisation's, and this trend was accelerated during the pandemic. Once the pandemic was under control, when organisations were consolidating the developments made under great pressure, the chatGPT phenomenon appeared, which in six months went from being an unknown tool to being adopted by more than 100 million people, showing that the exponential growth of information technologies is far from slowing down, making the "digital transformation" increasingly important and promoting it to be a continuous process in any organization.

This means integrating the “digital” into the organization's business vision, developing new services and products that offer greater value and promote a sustainable, accessible and inclusive economy, in a clear roadmap capable of motivating and showing the way to the whole team.

The purpose of this Executive Program is to enable participants to lead digital transformation processes, providing them with skills such as Design Thinking, Service Design and Agile, essential to review business models and take advantage of the digital potential, to create new value propositions for customers and generate new sources of revenue.

Throughout the program, participants will:

  • Understand the strategic implications of AI and its impact on customer transformation, operations, and business models;
  • Learn how to develop a safe and responsible approach to AI adoption — including governance, skills, leadership, culture, and infrastructure;
  • Apply tools like Design Thinking and Service Design to foster innovation and experimentation;
  • Gain practical experience by designing and implementing an AI agent;
  • Work on a real digital transformation project within their own organization, applying the knowledge acquired throughout the program to generate a tangible impact;
  • Analyze reference cases and interact with peers and leading experts in AI application.

By the end of the program, participants will have developed a clear transformation roadmap, not only for technological adoption but also to lead strategic change that is robust, secure, and future-oriented.

Program Structure

This program was designed with a strong practical orientation, centered around real transformation challenges — many brought in by the participants themselves. The approach combines strategic tools, expert mentoring, and peer-to-peer collaborative learning.

Throughout the journey, participants work on concrete AI-based transformation projects, turning strategic vision into actionable execution plans ready to be tested within their organizations.

The program includes:

  • Lectures and hands-on sessions led by faculty and industry experts;
  • Company visits and immersion in real-world cases to explore transformation in context;
  • Project work, culminating in a final presentation of transformation roadmaps;
  • Peer learning and interaction with alumni, benefiting from collective experience and constructive feedback.

Capstone Project: From Strategy to Execution with AI

One of the program’s pillars is the implementation of a concrete Digital Transformation initiative, directly applied to the participant's organizational context. Each participant is invited to propose a real transformation challenge from their company, with several cases selected for collaborative development throughout the program.

With a new emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, the Capstone Project enables exploration of how AI can drive innovation, efficiency, and differentiation. Participants are guided to identify where AI can create value — from customer experience and process automation to decision support and new product development.

In selected projects, depending on maturity and scope, participants may also design and implement a functional AI agent. This practical component bridges the strategic vision and technical execution, transforming ideas into real prototypes.

The Capstone is supported by faculty guidance, structured sessions, and peer feedback. In the end, each team will present a solid business case with a clear vision, defined strategy, and a concrete plan for AI-enabled transformation.
