In a world increasingly shaped by Artificial Intelligence, business leaders face a critical challenge: integrating AI at the core of their organizations in a secure, strategic, and value-driven way.
Digital transformation is no longer just about adopting new technologies. It requires a clear vision, leadership prepared to navigate complexity, and the ability to align technology, strategy, and execution to generate real business impact.
In response to this new context, the executive program Lead Transformation with Artificial Intelligence was designed for executives and managers who seek to understand the evolution of AI, master its key challenges, and identify concrete opportunities to apply this technology within their organizations.
Throughout the program, participants explore the role of AI in business transformation, from redefining business models to creating new products, services, and experiences. In a practical, action-oriented environment, the program combines strategic reflection, decision-making frameworks, and application to each participant’s real context.
Based on real cases, practical tools, and a results-driven approach, this executive experience enables participants to develop an integrated view of AI-driven transformation, strengthen decision-making capabilities in disruptive environments, and prepare leaders to design robust responses to present and future challenges.
By the end of the program, participants will have developed not only clarity around transformation, but also solid foundations for technology adoption, change leadership, and value creation through AI.
Who is this program for:
• Executives looking to develop governance, innovation, and management capabilities in the context of digital transformation.
• Professionals working in areas of change and impact through Digital Transformation.
• Business leaders and managers seeking to launch transformation initiatives.
• Aspiring entrepreneurs planning to launch new ventures.
What makes this program distinctive:
• Integration of AI as a core driver of organizational transformation - not just a technological trend.
• Practical, decision-oriented approach based on frameworks, real cases, and tools for immediate application.
• Exploration of AI’s impact on business models, product and service innovation, and value proposition redesign.
• Development of capabilities to anticipate trends, lead change, and structure transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
• A final applied project focused on building a transformation roadmap tailored to each participant’s organizational context.
Program Structure
This program is designed with a strong practical orientation, structured around real transformation challenges—many of them brought by the participants themselves. The approach combines strategic tools, expert mentoring, and collaborative learning among peers.
Throughout the journey, participants work on concrete AI-driven transformation projects, turning strategic vision into execution plans ready to be tested within their organizations.
The program includes:
Lectures and hands-on sessions, led by faculty and industry experts;
Company visits and immersion in real cases, to explore transformation in context;
Project work, culminating in the final presentation of transformation roadmaps;
Peer learning and interaction with alumni, benefiting from shared experience and constructive feedback.
Capstone Project: from strategy to execution with AI
One of the program’s core pillars is the implementation of a concrete Digital Transformation initiative, applied directly to participants’ organizational contexts. Each participant is invited to propose a real transformation challenge from their company, with selected cases developed collaboratively throughout the program.
With a renewed focus on Artificial Intelligence, the Capstone Project explores how AI can become a driver of innovation, efficiency, and differentiation. Participants are guided to identify where AI can create value—from customer experience and process automation to decision support and new product development.
Depending on the level of maturity and scope, participants may also design and implement a functional AI agent. This practical component connects strategic vision with technical execution, enabling the transformation of ideas into real prototypes.
The Capstone is supported by faculty guidance, structured sessions, and peer feedback. At the end, each team presents a solid business case, with a clear vision, defined strategy, and a concrete plan for implementing AI-driven transformation.
