Selection Criteria
The selection criteria for allocation purposes within the Undergraduate Exchange Program considers two important components of your academic journey – the academic average at the time of application and the progression of your study plan.
The final average for allocation purposes is determined as follows:
Academic average x Study plan progression = Final average for allocation purposes |
NOTE |
|
How to determine your study plan progression?
∑ ECTS positive graded courses / Total study plan ECTS = Study plan progression |

Students will be allocated to the partner universities according to their final average for allocation purposes and the list of universities selected in the Application Form (ranked by order of preference, from the 1st until the last option). Please recall that only the last application form submitted will count for allocation purposes.
In the specific case of students with the same final average applying to the same partner university, allocation will take place according to the following rules:
- Priority will be given to students with the highest study plan progression;
- If there is still a tie, priority will be given to students who submitted the last Application Form in the first place.
