Managing People is designed to provide you with a better understanding of individual perception and interpersonal behaviour in organizations, and how these influence personal and organizational performance. The course focuses on how you, as an organizational member and manager, can experience, understand, and manage yourself, and other individuals, in organizations. You will learn and apply strategies and material relating to several major Organizational Behavior topics: perception, motivation, power dynamics, and influence
