Who is behind the business?
Rodrigo Bourbon, an alumnus of Católica Lisbon, with a degree in Economics and experience in investment banking (London), real estate entrepreneurship (he founded Giraldo Works) and project management at Lovys (insurance and housing finance). In his spare time, he likes to explore new technologies and business models.
How was the idea born?
Inspired by inefficiencies in traditional condominium management identified during a course in the US in 2022, Rodrigo Bourbon founded Condoroo with the aim of automating bureaucratic processes and reducing conflicts between neighbours through AI, freeing up managers for strategic activities.
What is Condoroo?
Unique value proposition: "An AI platform that automates 67% of condominium tasks, such as sending invoices and answering queries, making management 2-3x more efficient than traditional methods."
