Program Description

The success of companies today, and its sustainability in the long-term, is based on the capacity for growth not only of its turnover and profitability, but also of its skills, know-how, and knowledge of the market. Internationalization is the key to success since it allows a geographic extension of the business basis and compels the company to develop and effectively improve the necessary skills to win in challenging and competitive markets.

The approach to this topic focuses on the reality of Portuguese companies and looks for international benchmarks and case studies that can guide the debate on a strategic and functional perspective.
