Program Description

This program is intended to give participants an integrated view of the subject of communication as a strategic aspect of management of companies and provide them with knowledge to perform this effectively management.

  • How to develop a better understanding of the importance of designing an integrated strategic communication plan for the company?
  • How to develop the image, identity and reputation of the companies through effective and integrated communication?
  • How to develop better management of all relevant stakeholders of the relationship - staff, clients, the media, investors?

These are some of the questions that the program aims to respond, through a conceptual approach and discussion of case studies.

Decisions on what to report, to whom, and how, at any time, must be viewed as strategic business decisions and managed in an integrated manner.

It is therefore necessary to structure the use of all possible means for message delivery, and understand the forms of relationship with all partners.
