This course focuses on Project performance management. The main goal of the course is to develop students ability to think and perform project management on all aspects involved – governance, risks, quality, resources, scope, work plan, performance, financials, releases, stakeholders expectations, issues, work environment, contract and business case management. Students learn the skills and tools to manage projects with a practical and hands-on approach.
