This course is devoted to entrepreneurial finance and new venture financing. Introduction to the concepts of entrepreneurial finance using the investment process in early stage deals as a framework: starting with sourcing, analysis and valuation, looking at the structure alternatives and term-sheets associated with venture capital financing, and finishing with portfolio management and exit. The course will analyse different types of early stage deals ranging from seed-stage ventures all the way to growth-stage companies.
